Engaging with American diplomats in diverse panels, they discussed global issues in intimate sessions, sparking insightful conversations.     On Wednesday 27th March, the Enfield school age Immunisation team will be visiting Heron Hall to offer Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio ‘booster’ (DTP) and Meningitis  (MenACWY) vaccinations to Year 9 pupils.

    Enfield Council’s Holiday Activities & Food Programme, funded by the Department for Education, offers free holiday camps & activities for children eligible for Free School Meals. Children can enjoy sports, enrichment activities, healthy food workshops & FREE lunch each day.

    Eligible families will automatically receive Holiday & Activity Food Programme vouchers on 13 March, which can be used to book a programme for your child. The school has sent you a letter explaining how to do this. For more information check out this link

    A group of our Year 10 boys had the privilege of participating in the Princes & Kings Programme led by Karen Allen at the Place of Dreams. This personal development initiative equips them with resilience & the ability to manage challenges, with engaging sessions led by Karen & inspirational community figures. They wrapped up the programme with a boxing coaching session at the Joe Morris Boxing Club, learning about the physical & mental health benefits of boxing.

The Pearls Project is a personal development programme fostering self-esteem, confidence & wise decision-making. The girls connected with Karen, leading to positive impacts on their character, confidence & aspirations, culminating in creative self-expression during final sessions.

    Sixth Form Enrichment: Exploring Coastal Challenges at Nettlecombe Court

    Our sixth form students went on a 5-day residential course at the Field Studies Council centre at Nettlecombe Court in Somerset, exploring coastal challenges in Minehead. Students stayed in the old Tudor mansion & worked with two other schools to collect data for their 4000-word report. They worked well with the other schools & were praised for their hard work & curiosity.
