Our World Pi Day celebration was unforgettable. Pi, a number used to measure circles, is crucial for calculations in various fields and essential in math, science, engineering and more. The day featured Year 7’s exploration of Pi through measuring cookies and hoola hoops, a record-breaking Pi recital, engaging Pi Quiz & circle calculations across all year groups. Congratulations to the winners of the hoola hoop & dart throwing competitions, who earned a golden ticket for the opportunity to pie a teacher in the face. 

Our A-level students recently explored the world of diplomacy at the US Embassy. Engaging with American diplomats in diverse panels, they discussed global issues in intimate sessions, sparking insightful conversations. This event provided students with a unique opportunity to interact with diplomats and share their perspectives on important matters.

With speakers, including from Netflix, NHS, business & football, our Year 11s explored their futures beyond A Levels & BTECs.

They examined what’s coming up in the world of work, looking at new trends, & must-have skills for the future. 

On Wednesday 27th March, the Enfield school age Immunisation team will be visiting Heron Hall to offer Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio ‘booster’ (DTP) and Meningitis  (MenACWY) vaccinations to Year 9 pupils.
